Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, task allocation, conflict resolution, and cashing up.

- Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential.
