We’re Plates, a new, independent, family-run café and wine bar coming to Hillsborough this September.
By day, we’ll be serving brunch, great coffee and fabulous food. By night, we’ll become a fun wine and cocktail bar, serving a thoughtfully created menu and great drinks in a relaxing atmosphere.
We’re now building our opening team and looking to create an ambitious, passionate front of house team to help us make Plates something really special. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from day one! We care deeply about what we’re creating and want people who reflects the warmth and great energy that we believe Plates is all about.
You don't have to be an expert in everything.
