We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Guest Host to join us on a temporary 6-week contract during one of our busiest periods.

- Temporary 6-week position
- 4 – 6 shifts per week
- 8 – 9 hour shifts
- Immediate start available - Employment until 5th September 2026.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Guest Host, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Opening and closing the venue as a trusted key holder
- Serving and preparing food and drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness around the clubhouse and park.
- Welcoming guests and explaining the rules of FootballGolf
- Hosting large groups and parties
- Ensuring the venue runs smoothly during busy periods
- Supporting the wider team and leading by example
- Creating a fun, friendly, and memorable experience for every customer
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident working in a fast paced, customer focused environment
- Have excellent communication and social skills
- Be reliable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Have previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or a customer facing role
- Be comfortable taking responsibility as a key holder
- Full availability during our opening hours - 8:30am - 8:30pm for a mixture of opening and closing shifts.
- Available for all dates up until the 5th September 2026
