Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality detailing services to vehicles at various locations. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that our clients' vehicles look their best. This position requires a valid driving licence and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results.
- Assess the condition of each vehicle and recommend additional services as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored.
- Drive to various locations to provide mobile detailing services, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the detailing process.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
