About the Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play an important part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the home. Your role helps to ensure that residents live in a safe, pleasant and hygienic environment every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across bedrooms, communal areas and bathrooms
- Ensure infection control procedures are followed at all times
- Support with laundry duties as required
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Work closely with care and maintenance teams to keep the home looking its best
About You:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role (care home experience preferred but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- A genuine passion for working in a caring environment
