- Friday: 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm
- Saturday: 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm
About the Role
Smash and Slice 44 is looking for a reliable, friendly, and punctual Delivery Driver to join our evening takeaway team. You will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly while providing excellent customer service.
At the start of each shift, you will report to Coffee Lounge 44 to collect the company vehicle before beginning deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect the company vehicle from Coffee Lounge 44 before each shift.
- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time using the company vehicle.
- Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and treated with care.
- Follow all road traffic laws and drive safely at all times.
- Assist with general on-site duties between deliveries when order volumes are quiet. These tasks may include cleaning, stocking, packaging, food preparation support (where appropriate), and other reasonable duties to help the team.
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Confident and responsible driver with good knowledge of the local area (or ability to use satellite navigation effectively).
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to assist with in-store duties during quieter periods.
