Job Responsibilities
- Cake Decoration: Make and decorate cakes according to provided designs and guidelines.
- Food Ordering and Cost Control: Manage food orders and control food costs effectively.
- Cake Base Preparation: Prepare cake bases and decorate cakes (full training will be provided; no baking required).
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is kept clean and up to brand standards at all times.
- Shift Management: Oversee store operations during your shift and report any issues to the Store Manager.
- Cash Management: Handle cash and complete daily administrative tasks responsibly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Health & Safety: Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Work Planning: Plan the work ahead and work efficiently.
- Communication: Communication with staff and customers is key.
- Proactivity and Responsibility: Be proactive and responsible in your role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service: Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethics and pride in work.
- Eligibility: Right to work documents for the UK.
