About you

3-10 years' experience in Transaction Services, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory, or a highly analytical environment

Strong expertise in financial modelling, with an emphasis on complex analysis, valuation, and economic modelling

Proven track record in M&A, valuations, and strategic financial assessment

Deep understanding of financial metrics relevant to SaaS and technology sectors (ARR, CAC, LTV, gross margin, R&D efficiency)

Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial analysis

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of presenting detailed analysis to senior decision-makers

Comfortable working across multiple time zones with flexibility and independence

Willing to work from the designated office location a couple of days weekly, with occasional travel
What you'll do

Lead in-depth financial due diligence, valuation projects, and strategic transaction assessments

Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses to support M&A, investments, and deal decision-making

Build comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and ROI evaluations

Support evaluation of deal opportunities, including partnering with corporate development teams to identify strategic fit and valuation drivers

Provide rigorous financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
