Overview
We are seeking a experienced Maintenance Supervisor to work alongside the Maintenance Manager and oversee the maintenance operations within our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise, and leadership qualities to ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all hotel departments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Oversee and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively to minimise downtime and disruptions.
- Lead maintenance projects from planning through execution, including upgrades, repairs, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing for audit purposes. Only successfully suitable candidates will be contacted.
