Landscape Labourer wanted – South London
We are a well-established landscaping company based in South London and are currently looking to recruit a Landscape Labourer to join our team.
The role involves assisting with general landscaping works for private and commercial clients across South London (mainly in and around Croydon, Sutton, Bromley and Wimbledon).
Immediate start.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting the team with general landscaping work
- Loading, unloading and moving tools, materials and equipment
- Helping with digging, lifting, clearing and site preparation
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Supporting skilled team members on site as required
- Following instructions and carrying out tasks efficiently
- Representing the company in a polite and professional manner
What we offer:
- 6-day working week
- Working hours: 08:00 – 16:30 / 17:00
- Weekly net pay: £600 – £720, depending on experience and performance
- Weekly payments, paid week in hand

Requirements
- Previous experience in general outdoor labouring is preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability and professionalism
- Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and practical skills
- Adaptability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Mandatory: Valid Settled or Pre-Settled Status with the right to work in the UK
- Driving licence is highly desirable
- UK driving experience is an advantage
- English language skills are beneficial, but not essential
