Hours: Part Time hours available on a rota basis. Ideally all staff work alternative weekends so we can provide continuity of care and keep it fair for all staff. We offer guaranteed hours/salary. NO zero hour contracts.
Market Leading Pay: We pay for all time worked including whilst you are on the call, travel time and generous mileage contribution. You have a permanent contract, therefore if a client is in hospital, or we do not have the hours, you still get paid your agreed contracted hours.
Blocked paid time. All care delievery and travel time is paid and blocked and paid for. Gaps up to and including 45minutes are paid for.
As an added bonus Bank Holidays are paid at double time!!

Visits to clients will include the following;
- Supporting with personal care, such as showers and washing.
- Supporting with dressing and undressing
