We are currently recruiting for floor staff at Casa De Tapas.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, motivated, have an excellent level of customer service and be able to work as part of a small team as well as independently.
Candidates need to have excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations.
Staff position will involve working evenings and weekends.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness of the floor area
- Collaborate with other member of staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Familiarity with bartending techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking abilities
