Property Cleaning & Domestic Assistant
We are a large property company based in Luton providing housing to local authorities. Due to our continued expansion we are currently looking for a Domestic assistant to join our existing team, covering Bedfordshire & Northampton.
You will be responsible for pre/end of tenancy/after maintenance cleaning, furniture deliveries & disposals. The goal is to keep our portfolio of properties clean and that duties are completed in the time provided to a high standard.
Our requirements and some of the duties are:
- Excellent cleaning skills, sweeping, mopping, deep cleaning, oven & carpet cleaning.
- To undertake any other duties in order to meet your team objectives as requested by your supervisor.
- Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, efficient, reliable and able to work to deadlines. Must hold a valid UK driving licence, company vehicle provided. Good spoken English is essential.
*PLEASE NOTE* This is a field based job so you will be required to travel to locations out of Bedfordshire & Northampton.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
