About the Role
We are looking for a detail-orientated and proactive E-commerce Marketplace Assistant to provide operational support across our online sales channels. In this role, you will assist the wider team with daily store tasks: drafting and uploading product listings, helping maintain account compliance, executing price updates, and supporting basic advertising campaigns under direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Listing Creation Support: Assist with drafting, formatting, and uploading new product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon UK, eBay UK, Etsy, OnBuy) using provided product copy, specifications, and keywords.
- Listing Maintenance: Help audit and update existing listings by refreshing imagery, correcting formatting errors, and ensuring product information stays up to date.
- Policy & Compliance Support: Monitor account health dashboards, flag policy warnings or listing suppressions to the team, and assist in carrying out required account fixes.
- Pricing & Data Uploads: Execute price adjustments, input promotional discounts, and upload catalogue data into seller platforms based on instructions from the team.
- Basic Marketplace Advertising Support: Assist with setting up basic sponsored ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings), monitor daily performance, and make pre-approved budget or bid adjustments under supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Hands-on experience or a solid understanding of e-commerce marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketplace backend dashboards (Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc.) and basic SEO or listing practices.
- Software: Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (sorting data, bulk uploads via CSV, basic formulas).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data entry, ensuring prices, SKUs, and product details are uploaded accurately.
- Supportive & Coachable: Ability to follow instructions carefully, flag issues promptly, and work effectively alongside the team.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm - In Person
