We’re excited to be opening a brand-new site in Rotherham and are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Back of House Kitchen Team Members to join our growing team.

As a Back of House Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, and helping us deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and day-to-day kitchen operations
- Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Ensure all food safety and health & safety regulations are strictly followed
- Receive, store, and rotate stock correctly and efficiently
- Wash, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
- Carry out opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Work collaboratively to deliver consistent, high-quality food service
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality-based role
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality

- You must be available for in-store training prior to launch/trading
