Company Overview
Little Critters Brewing Company is a vibrant microbrewery established in 2015, renowned for crafting high-quality ales using premium grains and the finest whole leaf hops sourced from around the world. Our dedicated brewing team combines craft and experience to produce a diverse range of exceptional beers in a lively, welcoming environment.
The role
We are looking for a confident, commercially minded telesales executive to look after our existing customers and secure repeat orders.
We have an established database of more than 400 customer accounts. To give these customers more regular and proactive support, we are creating a dedicated part-time role focused on maintaining contact, understanding current requirements and securing repeat business.
You will work methodically through our customer base, reconnecting with customers who have not ordered recently, sharing relevant product availability and confidently asking for the order.
This is not a cold-calling or new-business-development role. You will be speaking to businesses that already know Little Critters or have previously bought from us.
Beer or brewery experience is not essential. We can teach you about our products and systems. What matters most is that you are comfortable selling, organised with follow-ups and confident picking up the phone.
What you’ll do
- Contact existing and previous customers by phone and email
- Work systematically through our established customer database
- Understand customers’ current requirements and secure repeat orders
- Reconnect with customers who have not ordered recently
- Follow up conversations, enquiries and agreed actions consistently
- Promote current availability, new products and relevant offers
- Build and maintain a reliable contact and follow-up schedule
- Keep accurate customer notes, order histories and follow-up dates
- Process orders and complete associated sales administration
- Use our Breww brewery-management system
- Share useful customer feedback and relevant sales opportunities with the wider team
Sales target and bonus
The role has a weekly sales target of 10 eligible invoiced casks.
After the first 10 eligible casks, you will earn a bonus of £2.50 for each additional eligible cask invoiced during the same week, on top of your normal hourly pay.
For example, 15 eligible casks invoiced in one week would generate a bonus of £12.50.
Your base hourly pay is not dependent on achieving the sales target. Cancelled orders and credited casks are excluded from the target and bonus. The target will be adjusted fairly for authorised absence.
Full eligibility, order-attribution and payment terms will be set out in the written bonus scheme supplied with the employment offer.
About you
You will have:
- Demonstrable experience in telesales, sales or customer account management
- Confidence speaking to existing business customers and asking for the order
- A natural and persuasive communication style
- The ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships
- A consistent approach to follow-ups and agreed actions
- The organisation needed to manage a large customer list methodically
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- The motivation to work independently and manage your own activity
- The ability to learn and use straightforward CRM and order-management systems
Experience in brewing, beer or hospitality may be useful, but it is not required. We are primarily looking for somebody who can sell, maintain customer relationships and follow up reliably.
