Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service during breakfast hours and at the bar, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, beverages, and bar offerings with precision and care.
- Assist with food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Manage guest orders efficiently using POS systems, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, bar station, kitchen workspace, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery during busy periods while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
