FULL TIME - FRONT OF HOUSE / SALON RECEPTIONIST
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Front of House team member to join our busy, fast-paced salon.
This is a key role at the heart of the salon. You’ll be the first person our clients see and speak to, so we need someone with a strong personality, a positive attitude and excellent people skills who can keep everything running smoothly — even when the salon is at its busiest.
The role includes:
· Welcoming clients and creating a fantastic first impression
· Managing appointments, telephone calls and client enquiries
· Organising stock & shelf organisation
· Keeping the salon diary organised and running efficiently
· Keeping the salon clean and tidy.
· Taking payments and handling general reception duties
· Supporting the team throughout a busy working day including shampooing, applying hair conditioning treatments.
· Helping with the salon’s social media, including creating and posting engaging content
· Confidently multitasking and prioritising when several things need attention at once
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has a full driving licence and drives
· Is social media savvy and comfortable using platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
· Is computer literate and confident learning booking and salon systems
· Has a strong, confident and outgoing personality
· Is organised, reliable and able to use their own initiative
· Thrives in a busy, fast-paced salon environment
· Is an excellent communicator and genuinely enjoys dealing with people
· Can stay calm, professional and friendly under pressure
· Is a natural multitasker with great attention to detail
Hours: Full-time, including Saturdays.
