Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial premises, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial sites, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct regular cleans (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) or end of tenancy cleans for residential properties, preparing them for new occupants by deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, carpets, windows, and fixtures.
- Use professional cleaning equipment and, if required, eco-friendly products efficiently to deliver outstanding results.
- Manage your schedule effectively to cover multiple clients across different locations within Greater London.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each appointment.
- Maintain detailed records of completed jobs, including notes on any issues or special requests.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring all cleaning activities are performed safely for yourself and others.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or end of tenancy cleaning is highly desirable.
- Background in janitorial services or hotel housekeeping can provide a strong foundation for this role.
- Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Basic knowledge of cooking or hospitality environments can be beneficial when working in mixed-use spaces or properties requiring additional support services.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
