Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by listening actively and providing knowledgeable advice
- Engage with customers to maximize their satisfaction
- Manage product displays, stock levels, and organize merchandise to enhance shopping experiences
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and improve store performance
- Utilize IT systems efficiently for order processing, inventory management, and reporting
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport
- Proven experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to influence purchasing decisions positively
- Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Good IT literacy with familiarity in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and organizational tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
