Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher and Assessor to join our dynamic team in Nottinghamshire. This role is vital in shaping the future of young children by delivering engaging early years education and assessment. Based in Nottinghamshire, you will contribute to our mission of fostering student success and supporting local communities.
We are accepting applicants for a minimum of 2 days per week; however, a suitable candidate may be offered hours of up to 4 days per week, subject to experience and availability.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality early years education tailored to young children's developmental needs.
- Assess and monitor learners' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Support students' personal development and well-being.
- Conduct learner reviews and observations
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Promote a positive learning environment that encourages growth and curiosity.
- Stay updated with the latest early years educational practices and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Early Years Qualifications (level 3 and above)
- Teaching Qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience in early years education or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant teaching or assessor qualifications.
- Ability to motivate and inspire young learners.
- Knowledge of current early childhood curriculum standards.
- Proficiency in IT tools for educational purposes.
- Enthusiasm for professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
