We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our small dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar.
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Restock supplies as needed, including glasses, beverages, and bar equipment
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking identification and adhering to licensing laws
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment
Skills
- Previous experience in pubs or bars is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a personable attitude towards customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£13.50 per hour
