The Shift & The Vibe
This is not your average 9-to-5. We are looking for a true night owl.
- The Schedule: You will be working Thursday through Monday.
- The Late Nights: On Friday and Saturday nights, our party goes on until 4:00am.
- The Morning Reset: Because we open our doors at 10:00am, your mission is to transform the venue from the ultimate party hub back into a pristine, welcoming space before the breakfast and lunch crowds arrive.
If you love the quiet focus of early morning/late-night hours and take pride in making a space look immaculate, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all main venue floors, seating areas, and dance floors.
- Restaurant Areas: Wiping down surfaces, and ensuring the seating areas are spotless.
- Restroom Maintenance: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all toilets and restocking essentials (soap, toilet paper).
- First Impressions: Ensuring the entrance and front-of-house areas look immaculate for our 10:00am opening.
What We Are Looking For
- The Night Owl Factor: Someone who genuinely prefers working late nights/early mornings and is reliable during these hours.
- Attention to Detail: You notice the spots others miss and take pride in a job well done.
- Independence: Ability to work efficiently and stays motivated without constant supervision.
- Community Ally: An open-minded, respectful individual who is comfortable working within a vibrant LGBTQ+ environment.
- Previous commercial, pub, or club cleaning experience is a massive plus, but not essential if you have the right work ethic!
