We are looking for experienced CIS-registered Subcontractor Plasterers to join our team on social housing contracts and large-scale refurbishment projects across [area/region].
We have ongoing work available for reliable, professional plasterers who can deliver a high standard of workmanship and meet project deadlines.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering works across social housing properties and large projects, including:
- Skimming and plastering
- Rendering
- Plasterboard and preparation works
- Patching and repairs
- Making good following other trades
- Refurbishment and maintenance works
- Working to project specifications and required standards
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area
- Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plasterer
- Must be CIS registered
- Experience in social housing, housing association, council or large refurbishment projects preferred
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Own tools and equipment
- CSCS card preferred/required depending on project
- Public liability insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Own transport preferred
