Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene . Prior experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties to management
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
