Redlands House is a Registered Care Home in Hellesdon, Norwich specialising in Dementia. Norfolk Care Award winner 2021 for Outstanding Achievement. Following a comprehensive extension and refurbishment we are now looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic & conscientious Team Leader who will motivate, supervise and monitor a team of Care Assistants to ensure that residents receive the right level of care to meet their day to day needs. You must be flexible in your working pattern to ensure the needs of our residents are met. You will establish positive relationships with both residents and staff delivering person centred care.
We currently have a full time permanent position available
· 35hrs per week.
· Shift pattern includes working every other weekend
· Shift times 6.45am-14,00pm or 13.45pm-21.00pm

21 hours a week.

Requirements:
· A broad experience of working in a care environment,
· You should ideally be qualified to NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
· Experience of staff supervision, staff rotas and administering medication would be an advantage
· Good Knowledge of care plans and evaluations
· Excellent communication and team working skills
· Enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition are absolutely essential.
· You will also have compassion and have genuine empathy for the residents ensuring we treat everyone with respect and dignity at all times.
