Administrator- Full time
We are a reputable domestic carpet fitting company with branches across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established team.
Hours: Will cover Monday to Saturday until 5:30pm. Exact days and hours to be confirmed, will include weekend working
The job role involves:
· Helping with answering incoming calls
· Follow up calls to generate sales
· After sales calls to customers for quality control
· General administration tasks and duties
· Updating customer details using a CRM Software system
· Responding to email/ social media enquiries
· Working closely with the sales team
The Administrator required skills and attributes:
· Fully I.T Literate on all Microsoft packages
· Experience of working in an administration-based role
· An understanding of how social media works
· Professional and excellent telephone manner
· Reliable, flexible
· Organised
· Customer service experience
· Good team player
· Flexibility to increase hours for holiday cover
