We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to lead our transportation operations and optimize our vehicle and logistics management. Duties
- Manage and monitor the entire fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular analysis of fleet operations using analysis skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Plan routes
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams via phone etiquette and clear messaging to facilitate smooth operations.
- Supervise vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and manage documentation related to fleet upkeep.
- Support supply chain activities by integrating transportation plans with overall logistics strategies for timely deliveries.Qualifications
- Proven experience managing transportation or fleet operations within a logistics or supply chain environment
- Excellent analysis skills for evaluating operational data to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional data entry capabilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
