Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene protocols aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections of production areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards
- Perform detailed quality assurance checks throughout the production process to identify deviations or non-compliance issues
- Lead analysis of hygiene and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans and verify their effectiveness
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions for compliance purposes
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on hygiene practices, quality assurance procedures, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and insights into hygiene and quality processes
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or hygiene management within a manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation strategies
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions effectively
- Prior experience conducting inspections, audits, or assessments related to hygiene or product quality
- Effective communication skills to train staff and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting while maintaining attention to detail
