Weekend Catering Assistant Required:
Your duties will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly, yet professional manner and setting up dining areas, warranting that a clean and tidy environment is presented and always maintained.
- Ensuring high levels of hygiene and cleanliness are always maintained to guarantee first class service.
- Organising and storing ingredients and materials quickly and efficiently.
- Preparing, and storing food hygienically and safety.
- Assisting each other in general kitchen duties.
Working Hours:
Saturday and Sunday, 8 hour shifts between the operating hours of 5:15am - 3:00pm
Pay: Starting at £13 per hour (£13.50 for those who can start at 5:15am)
DUE TO OUR CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING.
Please note: There is no on-site parking available. Applicants must be able to commute via foot or public transport.
Please note: we require all staff to have the following qualifications before we can get them in the kitchen:
Allergen Awareness and Food Intolerances
COSHH Awareness for Hospitality
Food Hygiene and Safety Level 2 for Catering
If you don’t already have these, please do not worry; we can set you up on our online learning platform (Tayl). Each course only takes around 30 minutes to complete, and once done, they are yours to keep!
