We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Nursery Room Leader to join our team at one of our beautiful Nurseries. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong early years practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room with confidence, creativity, and care.
As part of our award-winning nursery group, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive and staff feel genuinely supported.

Your Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room
- Create exciting learning experiences in line with the EYFS
- Support, mentor, and inspire your team within the room
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Help create a positive, welcoming, and supportive nursery environment
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Have previous nursery experience
- Have experience leading or supporting a nursery room
- Have strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Are passionate about early years education
- Are positive, proactive, and a strong team player
