Role: Recruitment Coordinator
Hours: Sunday - Thursday Full time or Part Time
Location: Sittingbourne
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding of warehouse operatives while providing essential operational and administrative support onsite. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare new starter inductions.
- Complete recruitment compliance checks, including right to work and pre-employment documentation.
- Order and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for new and existing staff.
- Support the daily management of warehouse operations and workforce administration.
- Conduct employee check-ins and check-outs.
- Issue and manage warehouse access cards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Liaise with candidates, warehouse management, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, reporting, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities are completed in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment administration, or HR administration is desirable.
- Experience working within a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
