Community Outreach Worker

We're looking for an experienced, kind, and adaptable Community Outreach Worker to join our team in this salaried role.
This is a key position that helps ensure people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs continue to receive consistent, high-quality, person-centred support during staff absences, vacancies, annual leave, or training.
No two days will be the same. This varied and rewarding role requires confidence, flexibility, emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion. You'll be able to adapt your approach to meet individual needs while helping people feel safe, respected, and understood at all times.

The Role
- Provide consistent, person-centred support across services
- Cover team member absences and vacancies to maintain continuity of support
- Support individuals through change by maintaining routines and relationships
- Provide personal care when required
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant supported living experience
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine dedication to supporting individuals
Working Pattern
Understanding that the post requires flexibility including working evenings, weekends and sleep ins - sometimes at short notice
