Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and companionship.
- Work flexible split shifts totalling 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
- Support social inclusion and promote independence for our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in health or social care.
- Valid UK driving licence.
