Experienced Hair Stylist
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Hair Stylist to join our friendly and established salon team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hair, takes pride in their work and is confident working independently on the salon floor.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ salon floor experience
- NVQ 2/3 or equivalent
- Be confident working with both short and long hair
- Have strong cutting, colouring and styling skills
- Be confident with balayage, blonding and modern colour techniques, as these are a big part of what we do
- Keep up to date with current hair trends, techniques and education
- Be confident carrying out thorough consultations and recommending the right services for each client
- Be confident recommending and selling professional homecare products to help clients maintain their hair between appointments
- Have good product knowledge or be willing to learn the ranges we use
- Understand the importance of client retention, rebooking and retail recommendations
- Provide a high standard of customer service and client care
- Be friendly, reliable and work well as part of a team
- Take pride in creating beautiful, wearable hair and a great experience for every client

This position would suit an experienced stylist who is confident on the salon floor, commercially aware and ready to hit the ground running.
Pay: £16,523.00-£30,000.00 per year
