About us...
This is an excellent opportunity to join our talented team spearheaded by Executive Chef, Geoff Malmedy. Previous kitchen experience is required with salary dependent on experience.
Our main Kitchen is a fast paced environment serving breakfast, lunches and dinners. We also can accommodate up to 300 for events such as weddings and private dinners. To serve our Events we have a seperate Banqueting kitchen on the ground floor.
The role:-
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a solid background of working in hotel kitchens which are of a fast paced environment. You will be assisting the Senior Chefs in helping lead the team in order to consistently deliver the highest standards of food service exceeding guests expectations.
Most importantly, you will have a passion for delivering great food, excellent service, confidence, energy and charisma to further yourself and the company. You’ll be ambitious, passionate and creative, bringing new ideas to our kitchen; enthusiastic about delivering service excellence; thrive on working in a pressured environment, hardworking and a great team player.
The shifts are four twelve hour shifts with three days off. Shifts are 10am-10pm or 11am-11pm. Total paid hours are 46 per week.
