FITCO are part of Pentland Brands. Operating in 400+ self-service retail outlets (known as Cubes) throughout the UK, stocking the world’s leading performance sports brands such as Under Armour and Speedo within a network of Health Club partners such as David Lloyd and Virgin Active. The Merchandiser role is a field-based role managing the Cubes within these Clubs across a specific region. Visiting these cubes to a planned weekly schedule while ensuring each location is fully stocked at each visit. A van will be provided to carry out your weekly duties.
Job Description
- Full time position covering the Bristol/ M4 corridor
- Reporting into the Field Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with Health Club Front of House teams to develop key relationships and drive sales and product knowledge
- Merchandising each Cube to a specified planogram
- Loss prevention and stock auditing at all cube locations
- Taking ownership of accurate van stock levels ensuring audit results meet KPI’s
- Ensuring that Cube targets are not only met but, where possible, exceeded
- Assist in Visual merchandising individual sites
- Managing own day to day journey planning to ensure full coverage of territory is achieved

- A clean driving licence and ability to drive a Ford Transit equivalent size van for which you will be provided for business use
- Secure location to park a van
- Ability to lift up to 20KG without issue
- Flexibility to stay away from home when required
