We are seeking a dedicated and professional Self Employed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct customised massage treatments based on individual client needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, sports, or specialised therapies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients.
- Manage your own appointments, scheduling sessions to optimise client flow and availability.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Promote your services through professional networks and maintain a positive rapport with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry standards through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in massage therapy or related field.
- Proven experience in delivering various massage techniques with a focus on client care.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and explain treatment procedures effectively.
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional, managing your own business operations.
- Flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Valid insurance coverage for practice as a massage therapist is highly desirable but not mandatory at the outset.
Pay: From £30.00 per hour
