About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing business near Burton on Trent. You’ll play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently by working closely with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, organisation and working in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate suppliers, transport and internal depots to ensure on-time deliveries
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor stock levels and support demand forecasting
- Resolve supply issues quickly to avoid disruption
- Analyse supply chain data and identify improvement opportunities
- Support cost control and efficiency initiatives
- Assist with sustainable supply chain practices
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics or purchasing (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident working with suppliers and data
- Proactive problem-solver with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT systems and Excel
- Able to work well under pressure
- Full UK Driving Licence
