At Alexandra Opticians, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about healthcare and has previous SALES experience to join our team of Optical Sales Advisors. The role includes booking patients in for their eye tests, pre-screening patients, using NHS online services, dispensing spectacles and contact lenses, ordering spectacles, administering NHS forms, answering patient queries over the telephone and assist the Optometrist in running a clinic for adults and children.
Excellent patient care is at the heart of everything we do. The successful candidate must have previous SALES experience which ables them to build a rapport with our patients and dispense spectacles to meet the patients eyecare needs.
Previous healthcare experience is preferable. IT skills are required in order to navigate our NHS patient online service.
