We are currently looking for a night carer to work shifts on a relief basis.
nights shifts are 10pm - 8am, as and when required to cover holidays and sickness absence.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and support to residents as required.
Assisting residents with mobility and toileting where necessary.
Maintain accurate care records and complete all required documentation.
Responding promptly to resident's needs.
