Duties
- Lead and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and professional team
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations across all departments
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure memorable experiences
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management only
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality standards
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement operational improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
