We are looking for a Part Time Sales Adviser with a willingness to work within an established shop floor team. You will be responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with our most valued customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience. Working in collaboration with our existing senior staff members you will engage with clients to deliver excellent customer service. A genuine passion and understanding of both women’s and men’s luxury fashion and the ability to implement this knowledge in a commercial environment is essential. You need to be tech savvy and able to maximize customer experiences with practical procedures on a shop floor.
A Positive, can-do attitude is necessary and the ability to hit the ground running whilst making things happen in the thick of a busy Saturday is crucial.
What you’ll be doing:
· Building Fluidity’s customer base by establishing and nourishing existing client relationships.
· Providing expert advice to assist customers across all product categories and sales channels, partnering with buying teams where necessary to provide a seamless shopping experience.
· Identify opportunities in order to expand and develop existing customers to top spending level.
· Identifying and communicating any new Fluidity products and services which might be relevant and of interest to our client base.
· Reporting to the Director and Buyer on selling activities and client relationships: Identifying opportunities to enhance sell through with possible stock swaps and or requests.
In addition to an extremely competitive basic salary you will be entitled a clothing allowance twice a year and 40% staff discount of stock which has been in store over a month.
