Role OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and alert Night Shift Customer Service Assistant to manage our petrol station during the night. You will be responsible for customer service, store upkeep, and maintaining a safe environment during lone-working hours.Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers safely through the night pay window or instore.
- Process payments accurately for fuel, shop items, and services.
- Authorize fuel pumps and monitor the forecourt for safety.
- Restock shelves and clean the shop floor for the morning rush.
- Maintain security by following safety protocols and monitoring CCTV.
Job Requirements
- Age 18+ (required for lone working and alcohol/tobacco sales).
- Reliable transport to get to work during unsociable hours.
- Trustworthy and alert with the ability to work independently.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
