Experienced Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Payroll Administrator to join our busy Head Office Cleaning Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With a workforce of approximately 650 employees, you will play a key role in supporting our payroll and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
Location: Hull
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Collate and prepare payroll information for processing.
- Liaise with office managers and employees to resolve payroll and administrative queries.
- Accurately enter employee shifts, holidays and absences into the Timegate management system.
- Provide the Payroll Department with all required monthly payroll information.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Support the wider office team with general administrative duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an office administration and/or payroll role.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience using the Timegate management system (training will be provided).
