Senior Supervisor – The Powis Arms, Lydbury North
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our friendly team at The Powis Arms.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is looking for a flexible role in a welcoming country pub.
The role:
- Minimum of 12 hours per week
- Six-hour shifts
- Starting from £13 per hour, depending on experience
- Immediate start available
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pub during your shifts
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Supporting and supervising other team members
- Assisting with stock management and ordering
- Cash handling and till operation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
Previous experience within the hospitality industry is essential. We are looking for someone reliable and confident, with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for providing great service.
