You will be a complete customer service professional from either a hospitality background or residential background and have proven Concierge experience. You play an integral part within this new team, enjoying the exciting phases of mobilising the scheme to residents moving in and enjoying the stunning London views.
The role
- Providing leading customer service to the residents at all times
- Responding to resident issues and resolving them
- Overseeing contractors onsite, keeping disruption to residents to a minimum
- Attention to detail, spotting issues before they become real problems
- Regular inspections of the building, addressing issues as they arise
- Welcoming and directing external visitors as needed
- Keeping accurate logs of activities and issues, ready to handover to the next shift
- Escalate issues to the Estate Manager for resolution
- Ensure Health and Safety issues are resolved urgently
Who are we looking for?
You will be a professional who enjoys delivering the very highest standards of customer service. You will be ambitious and driven, looking to utilise the vast career opportunities on offer in the residential world, including training on Health and Safety. Paths of progression include Building Management and Estate Management, we have a proven track record of our placements achieving promotion in this sector. You must have relevant Concierge experience.
