Your Impact: What the Day Looks Like
- Design the Roadmap: Craft bespoke learning journeys tailored to each student’s specific strengths and triggers.
- Coach for Life: Go beyond the curriculum by teaching emotional regulation, social resilience, and the skills needed for true independence.
- Close the Circle: Act as the vital link between families, educators, and external specialists to ensure a 360-degree support system.
- Measure the Wins: Use data-driven methods (including ABA techniques) to track progress and celebrate every breakthrough, no matter how small.
The Essentials (Non-Negotiables)
- Mobile & Insured: You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle. Due to the travel involved, Business Use Insurance is a requirement.
- The "Unshakable" Mindset: You possess high emotional intelligence, "thick skin" for challenging moments, and the unique ability to build rapport with hard-to-reach youth.
- Sharp Operations: Top-tier organisation and the ability to communicate progress clearly to both families and professional teams.
The Bonus Points (Desirable)
- A background or Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or Child Development.
- Practical experience with Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or Speech & Language Therapy (SLT).
