Job Summary:
Working with a 27 year old, who requires 24/7, 2 to 1, full support.
If successful you will be integrating into our existing team. The current team are very friendly and more than happy to help any new members of staff get off to a great start.
We are currently looking for a reliable worker to cover 2-3 waking nights per week, on a 2 week rolling rota. Shift times are 9:30pm - 9:30am.
Duties
- Personal Care
- Physio activities
- Sensory activities
- Accessing the community
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual’s condition to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- Previous experience in working with Cerebral Palsy desirable.
- Driving is essential as the client has a mobility vehicle.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
- Basic IT skills are necessary for record keeping and communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- A caring attitude with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to those in need while working within a collaborative team environment.
