Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and baristas, to perform at their best
- Oversee food preparation and food safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and hospitality are consistently maintained
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food production and culinary tasks as needed
Experience
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Previous experience in restaurant service roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
- Experience in managing restaurant operations during busy periods with efficiency and professionalism
